To encourage the purchase of more efficient models, the SFPUC offers rebates for both Ultra-Low Flush Toilets (ULFTs) and High-Efficiency Toilets (HETs). Now the standard in the U.S., ULFT’s do not use more than 1.6 gallons per flush and the SFPUC offers a $125 rebate for these models.
